This policy covers Task Manager for Mac, developed by Stefan Novakovic, and this product website.

App data stays on your Mac

Task Manager reads local system measurements to display CPU, memory, storage, network, GPU and battery information, plus process and session information permitted by macOS. These measurements are processed on your Mac and are not sent to the developer or to an analytics service.

The app does not include advertising, analytics or a developer-operated account service. It does not track you across apps or websites. No personal data is collected by the app for the developer.

Local preferences and history

Appearance, update interval and monitor selections are stored locally. Live graph history and observed process activity are kept for the current running session. Closing the app ends that session. Desktop widget snapshots and configuration are managed locally by macOS.

Purchases

Apple processes App Store payments and associated account information under Apple's privacy policy. The developer does not receive your payment card details.

Support requests

If you email support, the developer receives the message, email address and any attachments you choose to send. They are used to respond and investigate your issue. Do not send passwords, payment details or confidential files. You can request deletion of your support correspondence.

Website

This website uses no advertising or analytics scripts and no contact form. Its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser headers, to deliver and secure the site. Email links open your own email application.
